The business did none of the arrangements but she was charged for many things Neptune did not even attempt to do, Including the long wait time for cremation to be done. My father passed in March of 2021. She wants a refund and to return the $1,300.00 plastic box (urn) that was too big for the memorial wall placement at cemetery services provided by the Veterans Administration not Neptune though she was charged for that too! User's recommendation: Do not be fooled by the “affordable standard plan” as it is pushed on customers so Neptune can add miscellaneous unnecessary items.
