I was attempting to order my grandfather's Death Certificate and for whatever reason was told I could not order it order # 12893**** and I cancelled the order. I did not place another order. Even though I did not place another order, someone in VitalChek placed order # 12902**** fraudulently and unauthorized. I was charged $12.50 for the order I cancelled and another $52.50 for the order I did not make. I have tried calling VitalChek and explaining this issue but they do not listen not have they issued any refund. They are insisting I made an order I did not make. This company is a complete fraud User's recommendation: Use GoCertificates instead there are incompetent people working there.
