fraudulent advertising for merchandise not available

1

I ordered a set of "Bamboo" sheets, and was sent a set of cheap polyester substitutes. Even the package labeling was fraudulent - "Egyptian Cotton" sheets. They were not even made of cotton - the laundry label attached to a sheet said "Egyptian Cotton like" 100% Polyester. When I contacted their Customer Service by online email, I received a standardized form letter, requesting that I send them a photo of my sheets. Then nothing else - no further correspondence. They never mentioned sending me the "Bamboo Sheets" that I had ordered. They kept my money, and expected me to be satisfied with the fake polyester substitute.
