I was charged for a gift card. When used at a store it had zero dollars on it. I called customer service &;;;;;;;;;;;; they gave me 3 wrong excuses over 6 phone calls: 1) It WAS Redeemed. 2) Card was used on line that very day. 3) I had canceled transaction & credit was given Replies: 1) it was not redeem. 2) it was not canceled by ME! 3) no credit received. Customer Service were no help at all. 3) User's recommendation: Do NOT BUY GIFT CARDS, someone in corporate offices used my $25. not me.
