I’m here to raise a RED FlAG and warn every organization about. BRUMBY APPRAEL Owned by Mr. Qaiser Abbas Sherwani. Brumby Apparel is a Scam artist & a POOR business man. Mr. Qaiser Abbas Sherwani lives in the United Kingdom and his plant is in PAKASTAIN. Let me tell you about my experience with him. In 2010 my organization purchased our uniforms from him I decided to use him because of the prices he offered and I wanted to offer my kids and parents more for there money. I noticed last year he’s the worst communicator at times not returning my emails at weeks on end. He was late on his delivery time with our uniforms although getting here before our first game they arrived not on the time scheduled. The pants were horrible quality not giving me the fabric I ordered. Fast forward to 2011 his true colors came out. I placed my order with BRUMBY APPRAEL on June 20 also giving him $4, 000 up front money. As weeks passed he began to hound me on the rest of the money owed I told Mr. Qaiser Abbas Sherwani its fine I have to wait on parents to finish paying me the money you’ll get the money now he never told me I had to pay all the money upfront and I wouldn’t have done that anyway. Now mind I gave him almost half down. Based on our dealings the year before you would think he would understand. He then began to send rude and unprofessional emails threaten to stop my order if I didn’t pay him in full. I asked him not to do that and he would get his money. He started to become very rude holding my uniforms hostage. He told me that my order was complete adding pressure on me to get my kids there uniforms. So after continual pressure I was forced to get a loan from one of my Parent to finish paying him off. On August 26 he was paid so I asked him to send pictures and send my products he told me IT WAS NOT DONE. HE HAD LIED TO ME AND SWINDLED ME in to paying him. I called his PHONY VOICEMAIL number he gives you emailed him repeatedly still nothing. After weeks passed he told me it was on its way and mind you TWO weeks into our season we still didn’t have the uniforms. Then he ships my order thru Qatar commercial airlines upon picking up my uniforms I had to get a custom agent and unexpectedly amount of $675 dollars to get my uniforms, shipping cost was suppose to be included. He didn’t ship it DHL like he usually does to avoid paying their customs agent out of his pocket putting the COST ON ME. VERY SHADY. UPON receiving my products my order was not complete and undone. My custom gloves, parent Jerseys, where not there and custom pants didn’t have snaps, belts or the embroidery I paid a extra $8 per pants to have and the pants were two different materials. This enraged me very much so. Naturally he wouldn’t return my emails until he felt like it or after I threatened him. I have still have not received my gloves or the money back for Customs agent, or money for pants embroidery missing. He sent me the parent jerseys after the season was well over after I told him not to send it to me it was a waist and I wanted my money back. I tell you now Mr. Qaiser Abbas Sherwani of BRUMBY APPAERAL is a fraud, Rude deceitful business owner. I am not the only one he has done this to. Upon looking deeper into his business I have found he has had a few paypal accounts frozen, his bank accounts have been frozen at times. There are people that have the same complaints. I urge you to pass on this information and stop him from doing business in the UNITED STATES warn everyone of him. I want to make sure he doesn’t do this to anyone else.
