I had booked a airline ticket through Citybookers.com on 25th March 2019 , for my trip from Newyork to Dubai on May 20th. I booked online using my credit card and got a instant confirmation for AED 1781.00 The booking ID was CB218****. I got a message that the e-ticket will be sent in 24 hours, then when I mailed them, got a reply it will be issued in 72 hours and then bluffing for each e-mail of mine. They gave a confirmation number - YHMECZ which was also fake one. I clarified my booking with my flight Azerbaijan airlines, who confirmed that there is no such booking in my name. Now I realised it's a fraudulent, fake and a scam website aided by KAYAK.AE search engine. I have contacted them several times but they keep replying the ticket is process. I am flying to US after a few days but still no way to track them or get my refund. One after another some cheat keeps replying my e-mail, no way to contact them. All that I could do is to lodge a police complaint with Dubai police and nothing has happened as of now. Please donot ever book through CITYBOOKERS.COM It's a scam which I came to realise after reading so many reviews on them from the internet.
