Fraud! Horrible Experience

I ordered a sofa from One Stop Bedrooms. On January 13 2023 I learned the sofa would not ship until mud feb. This is what I was told by a customer service representative. I asked to cancel my order and have an email of such. Now, One Stop Bedeooms is claiming I have to pay a $500 cancelation fee! They claim its because the sofa is in transit. I have pages of documentation on this matter and every noted conversation via phone and email demonstrates this company is into swindling money! Do NOT buy from there. Look at legit reviews, not ones their employees or fake people have submitted bit legit reviews on BBB and other credible sites.
