Fraud Company – Cheating Employees – Filed Police Complaint on Employees

At present, Police complaint is running in this company on the employees who worked here. Do you want to be a part of this company? Marvist Consulting Pvt. Ltd. will not provide any offer letter and employment proofs for the employees. If you ask for such documents they will tell some unrealistic reasons to you. If they are asking you to fill up any forms or documents, make sure the document is having the company logo. If there is no company logo, then you will be working either as a consultant, or you will be working for different entities where you will not get any ESI or PF benefits later. This fraud company is maintaining another two entities with the names Eeksha Webmedia Solutions and Dawson Goldman Worldwide services to avoid taxes, ESI and PF issues. They will cheat the employees without telling them that they will be working for different entities but not for Marvist Consulting Pvt. Ltd. Later the employee will get shocked when they came to know about this fact. All the employees left this company, you can see yourself when you go and attend the interviews in this company. There will be no employees more than 5 who is working there. - company CEO will comment on the physical body parts of the women who are coming to attend the interviews in this company - asked our senior employees to go to the prosti**tes for sexual enjoyment - asked employees to clean the toilets - CEO will tear Indian currency notes in many of the full staff meeting. - they taken amount to issue relieving and experience letters for some employees - CEO will insult women by wrongly putting affairs saying they have affairs with Male colleagues - CEO will encourage one of the senior persons to flirt with women employees - While sending message to the ex-employees, he uses a fake name as N. Ganapathi as HR management. But there is no person in the office with the name N. Ganapathi. He himself created the fake name and sent messages to the ex-employees as HR management. - CEO will blackmail employees that he has friends in old city who are hardcore criminals - Forced employees to take the new phone numbers and harassed employees to share the phone numbers of the family members - He will use abusive words against employees - There will be long hours meetings everyday in this company
