Fraud charge to my account

Someone had my card information and I have a $59.90 charge to my account and I do not know who you are or what you do and all I want is my money refunded. I talked to someone and told them what had happened and they said my money would be refunded but as of now it has not. I did not buy anything from you. I am on a fixed income and I do not go around buying things that I do not know what they are. But this is not my doing. Whoever it was charged two items on my account, the other one has already refunded my money and I am asking for the third time that you please refund my money now. I will get my attorney to get into this if my money is not refunded to me in a hurry.
