Fradulent transactions

I transferred amount of 12000rs to govind kumar on 22 July 2021 around 3:30 he said he booked a maid for me but after transaction which I done by Paytm app he doesn't receive my call or answer my message.its a fraud person running a firm book my maid. User's recommendation: Don't trust anyone online without knowing him.
