Fox Nation won’t allow me to make an account

I have tried to sign up for Fox Nation. I may or may not complete the name, email, password form, then it blanks all the fields out before I can tap continue. WTH? Didn't see a contact us link anywhere either, so, I guess I'm not signing up! Never mind then, Fox. User's recommendation: FOX NATION NOT FRIENDLY TO NEW SIGN UPS.
