To whom it may concern Please accept this letter as a formal complaint regarding the Chicken Express franchise in Red Oak Texas. My daughter has submitted her resignation and I feel it is incumbent on me to point out why and to help you avoid potential lawsuits in the future. It has been brought to my attention that there is an older gentleman who is currently employed at your store who has repeatedly attempted to entice the underage female staff to engage in sexual acts. This is blatant and unacceptable harassment. It is my understanding that management's response to this activity has been to simply inform the employee to get back to work. Be aware that by not addressing this unlawful harassment, management is giving their tacit endorsement and could be ultimately held responsible. It is unfortunate that my daughter's first job experience had to be made so uncomfortable by Chicken Express' un-supervised employee and management's reluctance to address the issue headlong.
