Forgery taking place

I have been informed that the finance department at Hendrick Toyota in Merriam Kansas forges customer signatures to contracts. For example if a customer did not sign every single contract an employee at this facility will sign and Forge the customer signature. This is highly unethical and illegal. I am not a customer. I was told this by a member of the finance department.
