I had hired rncos for market research for my business and surprisingly these guys sent me a research document in just a week’s time which I found very strange at first. When I got the information cross checked by a credible source, I was shocked to discover that all data they provided me was forged and fabricated. I got to know from someone that they don’t even have any experience in primary research which they claim to be doing for years. I asked rncos to refund my money and their ceo simply denied saying we cannot pay you back because the report has been sold and our policy doesn’t allow us to take it back. This man is a *** who doesn’t even have behavioral sense I wonder how he manages to fool so many people for so many years.
