Foreign tech support.

Needed assistance to wirelessly connect my MacBook Pro to my existing Epson printer. Called and was connected to a pleasant young woman, who was in the Philippines. She could not speak English that I could understand. Im sure she thought she could speak English, but not the same english I speak. I finally apologized and said I would try again later. Why do companies allow employees that dont have a command of English attempt to give tech information to people in the US? User's recommendation: Ask for tech support in the US.
