Ford Customer service

I brought my 2015 Ford Mustang GT in to have it looked at because the plastic Bumper on the passenger side was broken and separating. I saw the body shop and they explained to me that this was happening all the time with the new body style because of the way the clip was made. FORD defect. It can not be fixed but the bumper has to be replaced. The dealership took pictures of the bumper and said I had damaged it and they would not replace it and blaming Ford for the decision. I called Ford customer service and they said it. Was the dealership that made the decision and not Ford and they will stand by the dealership. The Town and Country Ford of Nashville stated it was not them. Apparently their both lying....horrible warranty service. I have been a Ford person all my life and I just bought a F150. 4x4 4 months ago. I will never buy another Ford again. I will sell what I have and buy a foreign vehicle next time. I'm disgusted with their Warranty program. It appears that all the Ford dealerships are using a third party and neither the Ford Company or dealership have to take any responsibility for bad judgements or bad products they make and only want to blame it on the consumers.
