I bought a new 2021 Ford F350 truck. I ordered it, bought and paid for a 5th wheel hitch but when I picked it up it did not have the hitch. They said Ford messed up, and they would install it soon. That was 4 months again. Ford will not do anything and the dealer keeps making excuses. So I have a truck without a 5th wheel hitch or controller that I paid for. Ford charged me for the truck I ordered not the truck I got. I was cheated by Ford and they will not make it right. User's recommendation: If a company does not stand behind there product then why would anyone buy a Ford.
