I bought the 20000 mah Portable Solar Power Bank on Oct 2018. Enclosed is a picture of it. Here are two points of my complaint: 1) The Power Bank case was opened by inflated battery pack inside. I do not know if this is a dangerous condition. 2) The capacity of the battery pack is marked on the pack: 8'000 mAh. I bought the Power Bank with a nominal capacity of 20'000 mAh. This is a malicious fraud!!
