Not really a complaint but very sad to find out that you have two types of pet cabins and dont allow passengers with pets without a car. We are talking about a dog, not lions or wildlife, untamed and not health checked by a vet. And if you have rules and regulations that the dogs cant be in contact with passengers, if they go into a carrier like in airplanes, still can not understand the logic.
