I was there at 853 Milner rd, on Saturday Aug 28. Around 9pm. Bought two meals, My sandwich was fully burned and try. Couldn't eat at all. Called the store and they transferred to customer service, and customer service said its Swiss Chalet can't help.then I called the store multiple times and no answer. I want my order to be replaced. It's not the first time Very slow.
