Tonight my husband and I went to the Taco Bell at 7331 103rd Jacksonville, Florida, Drive thru for dinner. July 13, 2021. Paid for our order with the debit card. Went home and ate our meal/ while digesting it suddenly occurred to me that A: there was absolutely no sauce packets/ no sour cream included w/our meal and B: we had no receipt. Knowing that we had been charged $20.00 exactly for our order I looked up the Menu and discovered that 2 crunchy tacos, 2 soft shell tacos, 1 supreme burrito, 1 nacho Bell Grande and 1 iced tea came to a whopping $12.16. we were overcharged $7.84. My main concern was "I wonder how many customers she overcharged and did she personally pocket all the overages herself?
