On Friday August 6th I ordered this to fix an Iphone8S. After many attempts, the software would error out. It wouldn't go past Step 1. I contacted Aiseesoft after a couple of days to let them know that the system was not working for me and that I'd like a refund. I've been weery of ordering these softwares online but I was desperate and figured there was a return policy and thus this should be easy right? Wrong. The company asked for step by step details and wanted a screenshot. I don't have the phone as it's now in the 'shop' for proper repair. I explained what happened. The company is blaming me for not being able to show them what is wrong and are saying they will only refund if there is a major system problem - I guess trying to blame my phone was they asked what condition it was in. I asked on numerous occassions just to refund and do the right thing. I've now been in contact with my credit card company to reverse the charge. But I want to warn others NOT to deal with them.
