Fly in my chef salad

After eating half of my salad i moved a piece of lettuce over a bit and saw a dead fly just laying in my lunch i have contacted ready pac but have gotten no response this is by far the most disgusting thing i have ever gone through i doubt ill ever be able to eat a pre packaged salad again this was a freaking nightmare
