MY mother orders a dozen long stem white roses for my fathers funeral from her 7 children. What arrived was a dish garden from a woman in NJ that we never heard of. I have tried to work with the company to get a refund for this order and they will not admit their mistake and the most they are offering my mother is a refund of 25% (total order was $107) They claim they have the ability to make substitutions and that that is what they have done. No explanation on why the card indicted it was from a woman in NJ or how they think a dish garden is an appropriate substitution. They were rude to my mother on the phone - even hung up on her. She is a 90 year old woman who just buried her husband and all she wanted was white roses at the funeral. DO NOT EVER USE THIS FLORIST!!
