Flowers ordered On May 3 2021 for Mother's Day May 9th. Order# was 3186773 guaranteed to be delivered on Mother's Day May 9th 2021- and I paid additional to have order delivered prior to noon Called customer service May 9 2021 and spoke to a Lynette at 2.30pm she assured me the delivery will be on May 9 2021 and that it was in transit. Received and email May 9 2021 just after 8pm stating the order will be delivered within 24 hours- . Realize Covid restrictions but that should have been stated if couldn't deliver on Mother's Day. . I am requesting full refund and still not able to reach anyone by phone. Did live chat on line with 2 different people today only got the exact same standard answer and that they apologize- I do not live in a COVID hot spot- and live in a detached home . Then they should give me my full refund . as of May 10 2021 4.35pm- still no flowers - actually I got an email it was delivered- yet NOTHING outside my house my phone number is [protected] ashley.[protected]@gmail.com
