I ordered flowers that were never received (recipients were home the entire day). I called multiple times on consecutive days to try to resolve. I was asked if I wanted a credit or to have the flowers delivered and I requested that the flowers be delivered. They never were, and they are refusing to resolve. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!!! User's recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!
