I received flowersfor my 60th from some dear friends of mine. Flowers arrived squashed up, pedals falling and mostly wilted. They were suppose to arrive on my birthday which arrived days late!😡. Totally disgusted with there service and flowers. I have also received another bunch of flowers from my family from nswwhich we're in the same condition and late. No apology was given. A full refund should be given back to my friends & family!
