My daughter ordered flowers for me for Delivery May 11th. She received a confirmation that the flowers had been delivered. But they had not been delivered yet. The delivery came at 10:30 p.m. We were just getting ready for bed. The flowers were substandard and sparse. I sent an email with a picture and the reply was that the pictures I sent were the correct colour and style? The order number was [protected]. I sent back another email telling them how horrible the flowers were and received the exact canned reply. Bad customer service and a bad product. My daughter should either be refunded or the correct flowers should be sent.
