Flowers and chocolate never delivered for a birthday

Order number 1723092. Flowers and chocolate to be delivered to a pharmacy address on 2nd july, order made and confirmed early morning 1st july. No response from the customer care team the whole day on 2nd july friday. By the end of the day they reveal that the order can be delivered only by 5th monday. I requested if they can atleast deliver to nearby home address on 3rd july sat. The staff was pretty arrogant and said "no". Since then I am in touch with [protected]@bloomex.com. Au. They seem no different only convincing me with a store credit. I explained I have already taken care of the gift through other sources I just want my refund. They can only refund me half what I paid as their excuse is that they have paid the courier service for the delivery which never happened. I am absolutely shocked with this level of irresponsibility shown by this company. Please help me with my issue.
