Flower Subscription

I ordered a subscription for my mom for Christmas and it never arrived, it wasn't until a month later that it was shipped after numerous unresponsive requests in order status updates. When it arrived the flowers were moldly and stinky! I sent photos and tried to call numerous times and still no response! I have received zero service or refund! I tried to do a charge back with my credit card to which Hazeltons responded to them and not me saying they fulfilled the order! This order was not fulfilled. The first delivery was scheduled for January 4th, it didn't even get shipped until January 26 after I reached out so many times. Nobody has ever called or emailed to respond to me. It is so unprofessional and beyond lack of customer service.
