A friend of mine had a death in the family, so I wanted to send flowers. On Sunday, March 21, 2021 I placed an order to be delivered on Monday, March 22nd. I paid for overnight delivery to my friend. I waited all day on Monday for a delivery confirmation; but instead late in the day I got an email stating there was a problem with the arrangement I picked out. So mind you this is late on the day they should have been delivered. I clicked the link they provided, so I could pick out another arrangement, and the link just took me to their site. So I called them. I was on hold for over thirty minutes, when I suddenly heard "goodbye", and I was disconnected. Three times on Monday this happened to me, and I never got through. Monday night I got an email saying my order shipped UPS. Now please remember this order was to be delivered on Monday. Today is now Tuesday, and still no order was delivered to my friend. If you track the UPS Tracking number it now says "Order Delayed"; so now we are looking at maybe a Wednesday delivery for an order that I wanted delivered on Monday. This is completely unacceptable!!! I paid for overnight delivery, and two days later it's delayed!!! Shameful really
