Didn't get the product my mom ordered me from Israel for my birthday. Had to spend 4 hours on the phone with their horrible customer service givers. Made us a nightmare to get a refund for a product we didn't get. All they say is we are sorry. Scheduled delivery twice and still didn't get it. They wasted our time, ruined my birthday surprise and acted like scammers! They lied about having problems and invented reason why we didn't got it.
