Been buying Toyotas for nearly 30 years from Toyota West in Statesville, NC and their new owners, Flow of Winston-Salem. NO MORE! Theyre great cars but their service departments are mechanically incompetent and criminally price-gouging operations. Dealing with their new owners has been a nightmare. NEVER AGAIN! User's recommendation: Don’t do business with Flow Toyota in Statesville, NC.
