I ordered a floral arrangement, Vase, and a bottle of wine to be delivered on the 14/8/21. It was not delivered. As it was the weekend, no one was available, so phoned on the Monday 16/8/21. Was told it was delivered to a Post Office and could someone pick it up from there. As the order was for a 90 year old lady ( Birthday) I said no. I reminded them that I did say that it was to be delivered to Heyfield and that I paid for delivery. They said they would refund the delivery, which I did not accept. I requested a full refund, as the flowers were still at the Post Office and not fresh anymore. They took my complaint and said someone would contact me that day. ( no one did). Phoned again next day only to get recorded message saying " please leave name phone number and short message. Very bad Customer Service!
