Good morning, My first complaint didn't go through but I screenshotted it and attached it to this message. A brief summary : Yesterday was this first time I experienced such horrible service with bahamasair. From the ticket agent checking in straight down to the delay in flights. I understand that things happen but during that time pleasant customer service is indeed needed. The ticket agent was very unpleasant. I wasn't greeted and it was so bad I had to ask him if he was having a bad day which he then said "everyday is a bad day." straight face! No smile! Then told me to put my bag on the scale. I did that and he gave me my ticket and said go to hate a7. I checked in early. Like around 4pm so i'm sure he could've let me know from the start that my 8:30pm flight was delayed until 10:40 which was then delayed again until 11:30. Once again I understand that this is a "common" thing but at least give an apology or some compensation because once a traveler is late or need to make some changes, we have to pay! This is utter nonsense and if you cannot get your flights together, have suitable and customer friendly rrepresentatives. Regards, Chantol Thompson A disgruntled customer
