Flight refund not received

I am awaiting refunds for two flights since April 2020. I have received one refund after 15 months but TripAir are ignoring my emails regarding the second flight. It is unclear which flight has been refunded. TripAir ref: [protected] and [protected] Refund No: [protected] and [protected] Flights were Taipei to Koh Samui depart 5th April 2020 And Koh Samui to Hong Kong 12th April 2020 Bookings made on 14th January 2020 and invoices dated 15/01/2020. The company told me they had applied for refund and I would receive it. I know the money has been given to TripAir by the airline Bangkok air as I called the airline months ago. They kept changing the boundaries as to when payment would be made. It took them 15 months to refund one flight. Now they are ignoring my emails about the second flight. I am not prepared to wait another 15months for the second flight refund.
