Flight Refund
I am an employee of a company that booked two flights for our two directors Refence-RK4GSJ. Passengers were Benjamin Sheridan and David Garaicoa flying from Brisbane to Darwin on 21st July 2021 returning 23rd July 2021. The 23rd July flight was missed as the 2 passengers were informed their flights were at 1pm on 23/07/21 (as the ticket does not specify am or pm) upon their arrival to the airport the passengers were informed they had missed their flight as it was a 1am flight not 1pm. The passengers then booked another flight explaining the situation and was advised by the customer service personal at Darwin airport to contact the booking provider for a refund. I have checked the bank statement and cannot find with the provider is, if you could assist me? with who the booking is through?
