On March 28, 2021 I booked a flight NK1031 from Tampa to Boston on Spirit Airlines. My order number was L7UD1U. On April 9, 2021 I received an e-mail telling me the flight time had changed to leave at 13:16 and arrive at 16:15. The original flight left at 08:00 and arrived at 10:55. I booked this flight to get to an appointment at noon. I filled out your paperwork and requested that my money be refunded. I assumed that was in process. On May r, I received an e-mail that I was booked for the 8:00 am flight. I have made other flight arrangements. I expect you to return my money and cancel anything that needs cancelling. User's recommendation: Be very careful if you book with this company. I have not had my money returned. The flight I did not cancel I paid to have a boarding pass sent to me three hours before departure and it never was sent. When I called a number for them it was answered by a Canadian government agency who had nothing to do with this.
