My sister and bought round-trip tickets on your airline (Bahamasair) for my old mother (who needs a wheelchair). Her flight was at 12 pm today. She works a part-time job. She had to cancel her job today and tomorrow as she is just getting ready to board now at 9:30 pm and missed her shift today and won't be able to make it early tomorrow. My sister and I noticed no representative from your company provided any information until way later in the late afternoon. We called your airline and your agency worker had no idea either and then passed me off to another dead phone number. I've never seen an airline run so poorly. We will never use your airline again you can bet on that! Horrible! Unorganized! Unprofessional!
