I travelled to Dubai from Manchester on 14th Aug with my family. (wy106) Having paid the £35 for extra legroom and receiving confirmation of my seats on row 20, I was still seated on row 24. This is fraud. You take extra money and don't fulfil your promise. Then you lost my luggage when arriving in dubai. You kept promising it will be here tommmorrow but still not here. Why make false promises. You kept saying it's in Muscat. I am now back from dubai and in Muscat. I checked with baggage at Muscat airport and my luggage is still not here. Lies after lies. I am staying at the shangri la Al Husn in Oman. Can you please deliver my luggage as I don't have spare clothes or swimming gear to wear. I am a big guy and have my clothes tailored so can't buy from stores. I have paid over £10k for this holiday and so far you have ruined my holiday for me. Oman Air you are a disgrace. Please take some responsibility for your actions. It is now the 17th and I am wearing the same clothes I travelled in and so is my wife. We have had sleepless nights since arriving due to stress.
