Local PetSmart stores want customers to make appointments for their pets' nail trims. That option is not available on the app under "Services." Calling for an appointment has proven to be a waste of time. IF I get as far as the grooming salon, no one ever answers. Then when I show up in person with dog and ask for a trim I am told an appointment is needed. They fit us in once, but today it wasn't possible. So I have to make a second trip another day. IRKSOME. User's recommendation: Beware.
