I booked a one day fishing trip and paid in full .I had an emergency and had to cancel. He said I could reschedule or receive a refund. I said Id to reschedule. I tried to do this at a latter date by phone and by text but got no response. The guy refuses to respond. I explained that good client relations are paramount to good business but apparently, He dosnt care about good business and is more interested in ripping people off. Ive been on a number of outdoor trips and all have been excellent with excellent people but this guy is a bad apple.I feel its only right to warn others.
