Att suspended my first net law enforcement account service when clearly the error was att. The account was suspended on 7/7/2021. Att received several payments on account. Also on July 7 2021 representative stated in order to restore service I would have 2 wait 48 hours or refund money back to cards and wait for bank to post then make payments all over again. I have done business with att for over 7 years. This is purely disrespectful
