First claim – refrigerator

We filed a claim because our refrigerator suddenly stopped working properly. First, we got a runaround and then we were finally assigned 2 representatives to discuss our claim. They first gave us a time they would call for the Eastern time zone which is fine because that's where we live. So we sat and waited. No call. Then while we were deciding what to do, we got a follow-up email indicating that the call would occur during the same time frame but in the Central time zone. So, we waited again for this scheduled phone call. And nothing. This is our first experience with this company and we are VERY disappointed with the service. Very. If they don't want to cover our valid claim, just tell us. Based on this experience, I would NOT recommend Choice Home Warranty.
