For the first time I made up a big box with cd and books... send it and waited 5 weeks for an answer. Nothing happened, so I asked them what was going on. They came back to me with the reason that a £0.17 cd was not in the box. 17p on a total of 18.59. They never send me an email to tell me. Also my friend who referred me to the supposed to get £5.00 in her PayPal for doing so. This never happened either. Because of this I will seek alternative methods and/or companies to sell to. User's recommendation: Don't use them!
