Firefox 70.xxxx

Started about 11/20/2019 give or take a day or two. Ever since Win 10 made its latest update to 1903 ( I delayed it on win 10 pro), Firefox is SLOOOOOOOOOOW. So slow its almost unusable. Actually, I'm not sure if its a win 10 update or an update to Firefox 70.0.1.0. I have over 600 tabs so I have been deleting tabs to no effect. I also stopped all extensions and went into safe mode - to no effect.
