I called Electrolux in Georgia and I feel so sorry for the customer service, because these dryers SUCK! If the salesman would have told me that I had to call and pay a technician every year to clean out the lint and other potential issues from my Electrolux Dryer, I would have bought another brand. In the 60 years of existence and owning 3 dryers and that includes my Mom's dryers (yeah the dryers from the 1970s; when they made things that worked), I never had to service a Kenmore or Lg Dryer; except for the Electrolux Dryer. 15 years of calling and paying a technician? I think I will use that money and buy a dryer that actually blows lint out the lint trap not into the machine. Nice fire hazard, Electrolux! User's recommendation: Walk away from Electrolux!
