Finding out why I’ve been canceled

No one ever got back to me about anything is exception of this. I got back on through prime at 499 a month I want a yearly subscription better than a monthly charge how do I go about this and go around Amazon yet still be able to use my fire stick or AT&T TV. Please inform. Thank you in advance Kevin Poe User's recommendation: Do you have a phone number I can’t figure out how to get a hold of the people.
