Find my Mach-E: Order 1002****; ID= FMTK3R77MMA08989; Member ID= 128213****

This car started production the week of 17 Jan,2021; has been shipped for over a month and I still don't know where it is located. I cannot get any updates because I cannot access my account on the Ford Web Site. Please explain and tell me when I will receive this car. Remember! I ordered a new car, not a used one. User's recommendation: follow-up frequently.
