I always pay by phone. This month I paid online I missed a digit in the account. The account was placed on hold with no notification to us saying payment did not go through. I called they said the payment was rejected by the bank. So it was returned. There was no attempt at our bank that payment was attempted. That's what led me to believe that i must have missed a digit. I'm trying to explain we are an elderly living facility we need fuel in our vehicles. We have never missed a payment. I was told 5 days ago I would get a call from a manager still waiting. Finance Dept is horribly rude. community and User's recommendation: Do not use them there are plenty of other gas cards. Finance Dept is terrible.
